Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the surga88 platform. Attempts to create multiple accounts to circumvent terms or obtain additional bonuses are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of any unclaimed balance or winnings. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify the surga88 support team immediately. surga88 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.
User Responsibilities & Rules

Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the surga88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods approved by the platform, including FPX internet banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and major Malaysian banks listed in our system.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may change from time to time. Current limits can be viewed in your account settings after logging in. surga88 reserves the right to decline or void any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, involving money laundering, or in breach of platform terms.
Winnings may only be withdrawn to a bank account registered in the same name as the user on record with surga88. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen method and the time the request is submitted.
Any bonus or promotional credit received is subject to separate wagering requirements. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash unless all wagering requirements have been fully met. surga88 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through means that violate the terms of a promotion.
Liability Limitations & Account Policies
Surga88 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous and error-free service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from interruption, or free from technical errors. surga88 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, system errors, or transaction delays beyond our control.
A user's account may be suspended or terminated under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity or any attempt to exploit the platform's systems.
- Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
- Accounts inactive beyond the stipulated period with no activity recorded.
In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, any unclaimed balance or unused bonuses may be forfeited without compensation.
